It's been four months since my last newsletter. I got sidetracked with another TDG project.
Twenty-five years ago I created a consultation workshop, where I would help people realize their potential for consultative decisions. The workshop did not find commercial success, so it went on my shelf of unsuccessful projects. I never thought about it much.
I rejoined Toastmasters, finding an online group. I wanted some practice with a speech using ZOOM and POWERPOINT. My consultation workshop fit that criteria quite well. So out it came for two Toastmaster speeches.
While putting the speeches together, I thought: "With the new features of Powerpoint, I could turn this classroom workshop into a video workshop.

Just a brief teaser. The workshop has a paradigm of three decision-making styles: power, democratic, and consultative. The workshop shows to move closer to consultative.

With the workshop complete, I am back to moving my TDG articles published on Medium to my TDG Blog. The blog now has 275 articles.
